
My Approach

I believe that as a coach and mindfulness teacher it is my duty to be of service to my clients and meet them where they are. I am dedicated in bringing an ease of living, meaningful insight and change into their lives. In addition I believe that if I do my job well, my clients can use the skills they develop in working with me in their daily lives without having to spend time and financial resources on continuous sessions.
